We provide personal assistance for seniors and the disabled, including children, in the comfort of their own homes.

Our company is looking to hire a Chinese speaking attendant care givers that are hardworking, take initiative, trustworthy and have a passion for; or interested in helping seniors and the disabled.

Responsibilities:
- Provide care and assistance to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Light housekeeping, laundry, assistance with light exercise, groceries, and escorting them to medical visits and errands.
- Give reminders for residents to take their medications according to prescribed instructions.
- Ensure resident safety and well-being by following established protocols and procedures.
- Promote and uphold resident rights and dignity at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
- Assist with meal preparation, serving, and feeding as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents.
Please note that while experience in care giving is preferred, we are wiling to train the right candidates should you meet all qualifications and have a passion for home health care.
Requirements:
-Must be willing to undergo and pass background check prior to hire.
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs.
- Proficient in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including lifting and transferring residents if needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must have reliable transportation, be punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
