is a full-service marketing company providing automotive products to over 400 credit unions nationwide.
We are looking for a highly qualified Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Receive and process a high-volume of communication (online and by phone) from policyholders, business partners and other interested parties that require assistance.
Greet Customers as they enter the building.
Complete and process Vehicle Service Contract applications proficiently and accurately to meet the expected processing time.
Confirm understanding of customer needs, issues and requests to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties relating to accounts payable.
Become proficient in products and services offered.
Prioritize workflow according to business needs.
Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team, to ensure operational standards are met.
Demonstrate kindness and respect to others.
Candidate
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service skills and prior experience.
Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills Some accounts payable / reconciliation background Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center where flexibility is highly valued.
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner through excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to react well under pressure and treat others with respect while maintaining professionalism.
Ability to show initiative.
Positive and professional attitude.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
