The Child Care Director will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the center, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, and providing a nurturing and educational environment.
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities - Hire, train, and supervise child care staff - Maintain compliance with all licensing regulations and accreditation standards - Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Manage the center's budget and financial operations - Ensure a safe and clean environment for all children - Collaborate with community organizations to enhance the center's programs and services
Experience:
