The Patient Sales Coordinator is responsible for:
- Lead management - Patient education and acquisition - Lead conversion into consultation - Consultation conversion to cosmetic procedure/surgery - High Performance Expectations :
this is not a position for those who do not work well with sales goals and/or under pressure.
Consistent performance is expected Work schedule requires:
5 Days Week in the Office Availability to Follow Up Leads & Speak to Patient Sales opportunities after hours and weekends Performance equals Compensation Requirements include:
- Previous strong sales experience, preferably as an aesthetic patient coordinator in plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or a medical spa setting.
- DOCUMENTED record of sales excellence that can be presented at interview and reviewed by our sales coordinator - Ability to speak fluently in Spanish.
