Job Duties and Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and creative execution specialist to join our team of Regional Implementation Managers as we seek to build a stronger foundation both internally and externally for the Boost Mobile business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of critical thinking, tactical, and field based execution experience.
In this role, you will:
Sr.
Manager of Implementation and Execution, and coordinate with Regional Field Sales and Boost Operations teams on the implementation strategy to expedite time to achieving Boost Mobile OKRs & KPIs Coordinate with Regional Director of Sales to implement, inspect, and enforce the company's customer facing sales strategy for product/promotional launches within assigned territory Be responsible for the implementation, field execution, Executive Feedback Loops, and outlining qualitative and quantitative discoveries of new Brand and Channel launches including Boost 5G across their assigned territory Develop ongoing sales strategy that includes weekly execution communications, launch plans, sales tactics for major initiatives, and monthly call decks for national meetings and webinars Be in the field providing hands-on training with new hires during their first 90 days to assist in building processes, procedures, and coaching tools to accelerate employee development from novice to expert Cross-functionally coordinate with corporate office teams, including Go-to-Market, Event Marketing, and Field Analytics teams to develop assets for field execution and enforce implementation of sales strategies to drive key initiatives Responsible for market level optimization relative to Boost Mobile best practices, selling skills, and team development workshops Facilitate in market trainings with underperforming dealer partners and internal staff to reinforce execution plans, coach on how to improve sales execution, and drive faster results Collect key competitive intelligence information for both prepaid and postpaid Skills, Experience and Requirements This position will play a vital role in the growth and long-term success of our company.
As a Regional Implementation Manager you must dedicate your efforts towards initiatives that change the way Boost engages, collaborates and ultimately competes in the marketplace.
The wide-ranging nature of the position will afford the opportunity to influence change within many aspects of the business.
Ideal Regional Implementation Manager candidates possess the following:
Bachelor's degree and six or more years related work experience (or ten years sales/sales management experience) Three years of experience in a management capacity with direct or indirect retail channel experience Minimum one year selling wireless products or services Ability to develop a strategic plan and drive execution, while working cross functionally with many departments and levels within the organization Travel:
Ability to travel regionally 2-3 weeks out of the month Locations:
Ideal candidates will live within reasonable distance to of our major markets in Southern US (TX, LA) Salary Ranges Compensation:
$96,250.
00/Year - $137,500.

The base pay range shown is a guideline.
Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the roles location and is subject to change based on work location.
Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
