BMC Software Helix/Remedy Developer
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining BMC Remedy workflows and forms.
- Creating and managing BMC Helix/Remedy reports and dashboards.
- Developing and maintaining BMC Business Workflow solutions.
- Offering technical support for BMC Remedy ITSM applications.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Minimum of 3 years of BMC Helix/Remedy development experience.
- Proficiency in BMC Digital Workplace and Business Workflows.
- Strong understanding of BMC Remedy ITSM architecture and data model.
- In-depth knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM workflows and forms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with BMC Innovation Studio.
- Knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM integrations.
