BMC REMEDY DEVELOPER Long Term Contract Location- Houston, TX (Onsite for 1st week once offered) The candidate MUST have experience with Remedy/Helix ITSM Suite, specifically newer modules like digital workplace catalog, business workflows, dashboards.
The role can be remote, however the candidate will need to come on-site the first week, and once a month after that as needed.
A candidate that is willing to relocate and go on-site for the role will be given FIRST PRIORITY over all other candidates.
Job Description:
BMC Software Helix / Remedy Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in ITSM, Digital Workplace, Business Workflows, and Innovation Studio.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain BMC Remedy workflows and forms.
Develop and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain BMC Business Workflow.
Provide technical support for BMC Remedy ITSM applications.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
3
years of experience in BMC Helix/Remedy development.
Experience in BMC Digital Workplace and Business Workflows.
Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM architecture and data model.
Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM workflows and forms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Knowledge of BMC Innovation Studio.
Knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM integrations.
