Job Overview We are looking for a Lead Billing Analyst to perform tasks that will help us monitor our revenues.
The Lead Billing Analyst will process all driver orders into the Billing Operations System.
He/She will be responsible for calculating invoices, preparing invoices and updating records in a fast paced environment.
As a lead analyst, you must be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents.
Being good at math and a high degree of organizational ability are essential due to the great amount of financial information.
Since you will be using technology to expedite your work, a solid degree of computer knowledge is required.
The goal is to contribute to the accurate preparation of bills receivable and safeguard the company's income.
Responsibilities and Duties Use and develop processes that ensure accurate billings to customers.
This includes:
Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (input information received from drivers) Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies Produce quality work that demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill Meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner Be punctual- arrive at work and meetings on time Carries out other duties as assigned Qualifications Four year college degree preferred Proven experience as a billing analyst or general accounting experience Ability to work from office Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines Proficient in MS Office and Google (especially Excel and Sheets); Working knowledge of relevant software (e.
g.
Quickbooks) will be appreciated Excellent math ability Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills via phone and writing High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness Proficiency in English Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Job Type:
