Commercial Construction Project Manager 100% Remote - Expected travel around 50% About the role:
The Construction Project Manager will help manage new center projects during company expansion and will be the job site point person during clinic buildouts.
They will work directly with site contractors, architects, municipal bodies, and decision makers to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope, timeline and budget.
Responsibilities:
Manage communication with team and other departments around project timeline.
Meet with contractors, vendors, and landlord to discuss scope.
Manage Contractors to ensure work is complete and on schedule.
Coordinate with Operations team regarding opening.
Minimum Requirements:
Familiarity with Google Suite, Salesforce, and other project management platforms and/or software is a plus.
Understanding of construction, architectural, and project related documents Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Executes at a high level and has a proven track record of working independently, professionally, and effectively with minimal supervision.
