Handled at least 3 to 5 Implementation/Upgrade/Roll out projects in version 12.

Role/Expectations on Project:
Manage a large roll out projects, managing a team of around 10 resources.
To work as individual contributor in the capacity of Functional consultant across implementation & support projects.
Should be able to develop end to end solutions for implementations.
Understand the global solution Understand the site specific delta requirements Module configuration Unit & integration testing Conduct system tests, and integration test (identified business scenarios) Training the core team CRP & UAT execution Interact with users and managers for issue resolution Functional design documentation Adhering to project timelines and deliverables Maintain standards and procedures Helping project team members on critical business requirements and incident/problem ticket resolution.
Handholding technical development team wherever required.
Developing non linear solutions specific to above mentioned module functionality.
Role/Expectations towards competency:
Manage detailed training & documentation to build internal Capability.
