3 days onsite 2 days remoteDUTIES:
- Maintain configurations and perform monthly processing of Equitization, Consolidation, Revaluation, and Translation (multi-book TWL)- Provide user support for General Ledger business processes (journal entry, journal upload, allocations, Standard JE's, etc.
)- Develop and Maintain nVision reports and PS Queries.
- Process and Maintain Report Books.
- Troubleshoot GL processes and reports.
- Chartfield maintenance.
- Assist in supporting day to day activities of PeopleSoft Financials user base.
- Design and implement major/minor system enhancements in support of business functions.
- Elicit end user business requirements and accurately translate/ incorporate into base system design documentation.
- Assists in communicating major/minor enhancements, bug-fixes and coordinating with other support personnel to ensure seamless rollout of new functionality to internal customers.
- Provide first and second level functional support for internal customers to meet pre-defined application SLAs.
- Collaborate with and apprise relevant IS peers of critical project and end-user issues, and status of ongoing projects, and work effectively towards department and corporate goals.
- Perform other related duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Very strong accounting back ground with at least 5
years of GL functional support experience.
- Strong nVision skills.
- PeopleSoft 9.
2 experience.
- Good SQL knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to support multiple modules in the PeopleSoft Financials and Supply chain space.
