This is an Outside Sales and New Business Development position.
Duties Includes:
cold calling, prospecting, lead management, account management and providing the ultimate customer experience within a designated territory.

We are looking for an experienced outside sales rep with a proven track record in the sales field, previous staffing experience is required.
Qualities we are looking for in our next Outside Sales candidate:
Proven sales experience with the nurturing and ability to turning new client relationships into valued partnershipsAbility to establish professional relationships with clients through phone calls/emails, meetings and on-site visitsExperience prospecting and building a network for new business opportunities and referrals A great Outside Sales candidate to be considered will have the following:

years in an Outside Sales rolePrevious experience in the Staffing industry, preferredBilingual - English/Spanish, preferred but not requiredExcellent communication, organizational and time-management skillsHigh Energy with a 'motivated, can-do' attitudeAbility to build strong relationshipsAbility to set goals, results-driven and manage priorities We offer great benefits such as:
