Summary:
Administrative Assistant is responsible for creating reports, and presenting data to the team.
Will assist the director and other departments with special projects.
This position is also responsible for business development and interacting with the executive team daily.
This position is accountable for creating reports and disseminating the details to the executive team.
Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for working closely with the director creating reports and assisting with special projects.
Take personal ownership and accountability for assigned duties and demonstrating appropriate levels of enthusiasm, skill, and expertise.
This role involves working closely with executives, handling various tasks to streamline their work and communications.
As an individual contributor, you will provide assistance, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Is consistently courteous with coworkers.
Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
Maintain reliable attendance.
Qualifications:
2-3 years' administrative assistant experience.
Must have polished presentation skills.
Polished, Professional, and Polite demeanorHigh School Diploma required.
Must have 2-3 years experience creating formulas and reports in Excel, will be tested.
