Although the expected work schedule is from Sunday to Thursday, 8:
00 AM to 5:
00 PM, this schedule is flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate operational needs.
Essential functions Monitor daily in punches for employee's time in ADP.
Creates daily and weekly schedules for the drivers, helpers, coordinators.
Monitor monthly attendance for transportation employees.
Follow up with employees for badging appointments to be up to date.
Follow up with employees all bridge training completed.
Update and maintain all internal read and sign.
Archiving of employee disciplinary status.
Supply inventory and ordering.
Mentor assignments.
Control future uniform allotment for employee.
Ensure Callbacks and Callback Aversions are documented.
Document all Value add.
Cross trained to general knowledge of all aspects of department.
Will support dispatch managers on internal communications (EZ Chat relief).
Requirements:
High-level mathematical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
High School Diploma or GED required, associate degree preferred.
Detail-orientated.
Ability to prioritize task and work under tight deadlines.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
