We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Information Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing customer information, ensuring accuracy, and providing timely and helpful responses to inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.
Regularly review and update customer records to ensure data integrity.
Documentation and Reporting:
Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer relationship management Prepare reports on customer information trends, frequently asked questions, and other relevant metrics.
Customer Education:
Educate customers on the use of self-service tools and resources to access information independently.
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing information and assistance in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide guidance on navigating online platforms and accessing account details.
Collaboration with Teams:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure accurate and consistent customer information across all touchpoints.
Communicate customer feedback and insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular audits of customer information to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy of customer data.
Privacy and Compliance:
Adhere to data protection regulations and company policies related to customer information.
Ensure the secure handling and storage of sensitive customer data.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service or data management role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
