00 per yearResponsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative includes, but is not limited to:
Answer telephone requests for sales orders, order entry and follow-up date.
Respond to faxed, mailed, and e-mailed quotations and follow-ups.
Review all drawings and specifications related to any items or other requirements provided with a customerpurchase order and enter sales orders directly into the system and create internal part numbers.
Assist customers with technical advice on general applications.
Verify the status of existing orders and expedite them accordingly.
Coordinate with purchasing to re-stock inventory items as needed.
Perform other related duties assigned by the Manager.
Job RequirementsTwo to three years of Inside Sales experience.
Must have Inside Sales - Valves or Sales Support - Valves experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
