Infrastructure Analyst/VMware System Administrator with Oil&gasLocation:

This role will primarily be accountable for augmenting our day-to-day support, including incident resolution and customer communication for our global Windows Server and VMware virtual infrastructure.
Intermediate troubleshooting of both physical and virtual servers as well as effectively communicating root cause analysis and recommendations will also be required.
Responsibilities may include:
o Installing, configuring, and maintaining the operating system and hardware on Windows based servers.
o Participating in Follow the Sun support for global infrastructure servers.
o Conducting audits of servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
o Available to perform tasks outside normal business hours and on weekends as well as being on call for at least two weeks per quarter.

o Advanced Windows Server 2012-2019 troubleshootingo Advanced VMware vSphere Suite troubleshootingo VMware vSphere design and implementationo VMware NSX design and implementationo Experience with Ansible automationThis is a yearlong project with the possibility of multiple extensions.
The preference is for the position to be in Bartlesville, OK, but they are open to Houston, TX as well.
This position is not remote but will have the ability to work the hybrid schedule in one of the two cities listed.
