Lease Analyst
Job Objective:
To administer marketing related functions for the Midstream Marketing and Trading group.
Essential Job
Responsibilities:
Lease, price code, station setup functions on daily basis in PAK.
Daily price upload to PAK and quality bank data management.
Serves as troubleshooter for billing and payment problems with accounting department and external customers.
Prepares contracts and amendments for traders deals.
Understand and Manage complex pricing formulas in PAK Adhoc pricing spreadsheets Assists in oil and gas marketing and supply activities.
Some Division Order duties and Producer allocations as need arises Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
Adheres to the company's values - integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.
Supports company vision and mission.
Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.

Qualifications:
Two (2) years minimum oil and gas field and marketing experience.
Capability for daily contact with external counterparties to resolves accounting and contract issues Ability to accurately solve problems.
Exceptional proficiency in data management.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Preferred:
Pak Energy Education Requirements:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in business or related experience.
