Job Description Good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM 9.

Technical & Functional concepts.
PeopleSoft HCM experience should include extensive work on Core HR, Payroll Interface, Benefits, Time & Labor.
Minimum 8 years of experience working on Support & Enhancement type of project for Global Installation.
Strong Experience with People Code, App Engines, SQR, Application Package, BI Publisher, and other Peoplesoft development tools (Fluid, AWE, Activity Guide composer).
Good work Exposure to Integration Broker, Security, Unix scripting Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of HCM data models.
Working knowledge of Base Benefits and Benefits Administration and how it relates to the payroll.
Knowledge and experience in the Agile model is a plus.
Ability to work independently and multi-task many issues at once.
Ability to handle competing and changing priorities.
QualificationsAdditional Information 70% Technical 30% functional Candidate should have solid PeopleSoft HCM experience in Benefits and Time & Labor and Core HR.
Good to have experience in Payroll Interface.
