The Integration Analyst is responsible for regularly evaluating customer activities and commitments during integrations and implementations, ensuring implementations are optimized and completed to internal and external standards.
Regularly perform analysis, identify operational weaknesses, coordinate action plans, and standardize processes and workflows related to customer implementation technical needs and requirements surrounding integration enablement.
Configure systems and document technical processes and norms to improve Skillable's customer integrations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Create and drive an Onboarding and Customer Lifecycle process for integration that ensures Skillable is consistently providing opportunities to streamline, scale and standardize the customer experience.
Partner with internal team members during pre-sales and post-sales to address customer needs related to integration of customer systems with Skillable platforms.
Serve as subject matter expert and point of contact for external customers configuring API / LTI / SAML or DATA connections with Skillable platform.
Provide guidance, best practices and process for customers on integration.
Enable teams within Operations with processes, documentation and integration tools to scale Skillable business needs.
Provide, create and keep updated clear and effective readiness materials, documentation and tools to support external customer demands, and troubleshoot issues and process necessary changes as a course of business.
Contribute to Skillable's source of truth efforts for consistent and singular information tools and documentation to guide and assist in customer integrations, supporting congruous operations within Skillable.
Design and execute plans for identifying and mitigating business and customer onboarding risks to reduce the potential for customer dissatisfaction and/or churn.
Continuously review and identify solutions for programs and processes that do not scale well today.
Provide feedback and data to Sales as needed for activities such as quarterly business reviews, opportunity scoping and customer support where necessary.
Perform activities as necessary as part of the Client Experience org as a part of the customer lifecycle, customer onboarding or customer support.
Work with Sales and Client Experience to drive detailed evaluations of customer specific integration challenges, support challenges and growth opportunities.
Contribute to the design of our integration tools with Product & Technology in service to scale, support and advance Skillable products through feature suggestion and feedback.
Advise learning partners and internal teams to determine the best strategies for customer setup and platform best practices.
Own accountability of customer integration and implementation activities, ensuring that SLAs are met and work items are tracked in a ticket.
Support and promote the company values through positive interactions with both internal and external partners and customers on a regular basis.
Other strategic business initiatives or cross-functional project involvement as required.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field or equivalent professional experience.

years of relevant professional experience within operational and customer impacting roles.
Experience with RESTful API, LTI, Saml (Security Assertion Markup Language) and data integrations experience required.
Familiarity with common LMS Platforms (Blackboard, Docebo, Canvas, or Moodle) required.
Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Clear and professional communication skills - both written and verbal - across various audience levels including leadership.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Desire and ability to work at a fast pace and drive concurrent technical projects is required.
The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be comfortable working closely with technical and business audiences of all levels.
Experience working cross-functionally and promoting collaborative partnerships to drive results.
Strong MS Office, including Teams for web conferencing and internal communication and collaboration preferred.
Detail oriented and organized.

Working Conditions The job conditions for this position are in a remote home office setting, requiring a space that supports privacy and focus to attend to regular and frequent video and voice calls.

Travel is anticipated up to 10% of the time for critical business meetings and industry events.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
