What You'll Do:
Rotational position learning ASR business framework in Stabilized, Recycling and Construction services.
Work closely to support administrative departments for exposure to People Operations, Safety, Environmental, Credit/Collections, Sales and Accounting.
Perform data entry as needed to assist in daily functions of business unit.
Assist business unit with various projects by preparing materials, tools, and equipment.
Comply with health and safety regulations when operating equipment, while onsite, and when not on active duty.
Maintain a productive pace to complete all assigned tasks within time constraints.
Wear assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) such as ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves, helmets, and boots at all times when on job site.
What You'll Need:
Degree in Construction Science or related field, trade school graduate in related field, or 1-3 years' experience working in related field.
Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Ability to demonstrate higher order thinking and problem-solving skills.
Possesses a positive attitude and thrives in a team environment.
Possesses the ability to complete self-directed work as well as contribute in a collaborative capacity.
Effective Oral and written communication skills.
Strict compliance with use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in plant environment.
(PPE will be provided, with the exception of steel toe boots).
Ability to travel to other ASR Divisions.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to climb heights of 15 feet on a regular basis Ability to lift, carry, and/or pull 50 pounds on a regular basis Able to stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to work in dusty, loud noise environment Required to wear safety equipment including hard hat, safety glasses, goggles, steel toed boots, ear plugs, respirator, gloves and various other similar items as required.
Compensation:
Base salary will be determined considering industry experience and level of education.
