Lead Maintenance

Karya Property Management is looking for a Lead Maintenance to join the team at our Barcelona property!This is a full time position and compensation will range based on experience.
The Lead Maintenance role is responsible for overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units Coordinate and schedule appropriate safety and skills training for maintenance employees Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance Oversee maintenance staff, prepare weekly maintenance schedules, and allocate work to appropriate team members Contribute to the development of the overall maintenance budget and ensure compliance at the property Monitor inventory of materials and equipment and replenish as needed Perform other duties assigned Requirements:

years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or related role Must be HVAC and EPA certified High School Diploma or Equivalent required Customer service experience Must have a valid driver's license Bilingual is a plus, but not required Must be flexible and dependable Must be a team player Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday Push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders Must be able to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds Must be able to work indoors / outdoors or in extreme weather conditions Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule Recommended Skills Construction Customer Service Hvac Maintenance Preventive Maintenance Team Working Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
