- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues - Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures - Administer compensation and benefits programs - Support the development and implementation of performance management systems - Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Experience:
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role - In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, and best practices - Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and trends - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance requirements Note:
