Tasks May Include Tracks and completes all aspects of the new hire onboarding process and compliance.
Records information and updates personnel files.
Provides sourcing and recruiting support if needed.
Administers support to the Talent Attraction Team as required.
Prepares employee reports for managers within the Human Resources area.
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Protects from damage, theft or misuse of the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Position Qualifications Requirements High School Diploma required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources; sourcing and recruiting; and payroll processing.
MS Office; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ADP for processing payroll.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Friendly, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay is between $25-34/hr.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
