Our mission is to provide the highest quality clinical services for children with autism spectrum disorder using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is used to develop data-based individualized programs to teach communication, social skills, self-regulation, coping skills and self-care.
We believe that to provide high-quality services for children, it is important to attend to the specific needs of their families and their circumstances.
In keeping with this philosophy, services are tailored to fit the unique profile of each individual and his/her family and may include home visits, community outings, and consultation with the family.
Our goal is to build upon a child's unique skill sets and interests to build a pathway to success.
JOB DESCRIPTION The Healthcare receptionist position acts as the new client point person for inquiries and enrollment of services at Hidden Talents ABA.

Manage new client inquires via phone calls, e-mail, and online formats Data collection New Client Registration Informational lead for enrollment Conduct Follow-ups as necessary Maintain records as per HIPAA guidelines Successfully meet monthly and quarterly metrics Represent Hidden Talents ABA professionally in accordance with our standards and expectations QUALIFICATIONS Possess a minimum of a high school diploma (Associates preferred) At least 1 year experience required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written) required Ability to task switch successfully under pressure Effectively prioritze Clean background check required POSITION INFORMATION Competitive salary Paid training Eligible for full healthcare benefits after successful completion of probationary period PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Walking, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, kneeling, stooping, reaching above head, pulling, bending, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
