Identifies candidates for temporary, contract, or direct hire placement positions.
Sourcing talent through traditional job boards, social media, networking events, referrals Interviewing candidates and ensuring proper documentation has been completed.
May attend job fairs and local professional and association meetings.
Assist with the development of recruiting strategies that align with overall business goals and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need (inventory recruiting) Inventory Management Understand and maintain an active talent pool (inventory) Order / Ad Management Ensuring that a continuous pipeline of candidates is available to source by collaborating with Marketing.
Assist with tracking of job postings, referencing applicant tracking Documentation Responsible for ALL required documentation into TempWorks Participate in daily regroups to discuss calls made, interviews scheduled.
Understand and complete recruiting process at 100% documentation.
Applicant / Interview Documentation, Follow Up Documentation Pending Candidates followed up with daily.
Marketing Leads Should be developing marketing leads from resume reviews/sourcing/interviews.
Phone Management (Que Back-up) Assist with answering inbound recruiting calls.
Assisting with providing information to applicants about open positions.
Screening candidates for viability and scheduling interviews to assist Staffing Coordinators.
Client Maintenance Assisting with Special Projects as required by Management including but not limited to:
Employee Check-Ins Reporting / Applicant Tracking Responsible for providing reports of goals/targets as well as applicant tracking for the team.

Commensurate with experience.
