This position is based out of our corporate headquarters located in Copperfield (NW Houston).
The Benefits Specialist serves as the first line of contact for employees regarding benefit questions or requirements and ensures that all HR and benefits functions are uniformly applied and operate within laws, policies and guidelines established.
They ensure credit union personnel are well informed of human resource benefits and programs and provides assistance to area personnel in all benefits areas, including but not limited to, health and life insurance, wellness and retirement policy.
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of one year of Human Resources experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
