This position is about 80% remote (work from home) and 20% in-person.
Since we meet in-person with each other once a week, this role is only for those who live in the Houston area.
Responsibilities Develop and grow existing client relationships by understanding customer goals and challenges and matching these to solutions offered by Virtuas.
Help ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to company standards.
Produce and maintain project plans, progress reports and any other necessary documentation.
Work with our Consultant team to monitor the progress of multiple projects and their associated tasks.
Schedule and lead project meetings with clients and create quality documentation on any new information or changes.
Coordinate with our third-party vendors.
Take on project tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Attributes We're an IT company, so you have to love technology and your technical skills need to be sharp.
You should know the Microsoft 365 ecosystem:
Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Writing skills must be spectacular - if you struggle with diction and grammar, this position is not for you.
Extremely detail oriented, must be a spectacular proof-reader and excellent with numbers.
Reliable, on-time, trustworthy, and personable.
Fast-paced, self-managed and always productive.
We don't have time to micro-manage.
Desire to learn, both independently and through collaboration, with ability to pick up new ideas, concepts, and technologies very quickly.
