Responsibilities:
Serve on LMS implementation project taking a lead role with the implementation, configuration, and administration of the LMS.
Collaborate internally with other teams to effectively deliver learning solutions (e.
g.
, eLearning, microlearning, instructor-led training, webinars, guides and other training documents, demonstrations, etc.
).
Serve as the main administrator for our LMS serving as main support for learners and people leaders with team training; providing troubleshooting and assistance when issues arise; and configuring, maintaining and distributing learning reports.
Create new, add to, and update courses, curricula, and certifications in the LMS as well test and deploy courses and curriculum.
Identify and maintain learning group profiles.
Ensure training programs and courses are delivered in accordance with our learning and system governance as well as naming convention and brand standards are upheld in the LMS.
Upload SCORM and other file content into the LMS as well as maintain the current library removing out of date files.
Maintains, reviews and retires course catalog content.
Identify learning resource gaps and suggest potential solutions to close the gaps.
Administer training programs that enable employee development.
Track trends and work collaboratively within Targa to continuously improve and be innovative with our training and learning offerings.
Lead and monitor evaluations and metrics of training programs to assess effectiveness providing feedback on continuous improvement areas.
Partner with HRIS and IT on LMS configuration and security needs Collaborates with HRBPs on employee learning and development needs within Targa as well as works with them on the graduate development and internship programs.
Coordinates the graduate development and internship programs by managing the onboarding process; oversee role placement and rotations; assist with setting up training for all program participants; coordinate team building activities; and working with the leadership team overseeing the development program.
Responsible for coordinating employee training including annual compliance training.
Maintain training calendar to highlight regular occurring Targa wide trainings.
Participate in project work to support processes, tools, and systems.
Coordinate training internally and with vendors based on training needs.
Act as a training administrator contact to third party training vendors to assist with coordination, set-up and post completion of trainings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related degree.

years of demonstrated experience as a LMS administrator or LMS specialist.
Experience as administrator of a LMS preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills desired.
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Regular and reliable attendance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
