Apply today!Company DescriptionProfessional Services FirmJob DescriptionThe Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager will be responsible SEC financial reporting / internal management reporting Technical accounting issues (IFRS, Policy, Research) IPO readiness and S-1 financial sections, MD&A, and footnotes Drafting SEC responses Post-acquisition integration support Divestiture support, including carving out financial statements Remediation of problem accounting issues / financial restatements Financial analysis Financial system implementations and conversions / business process redesign Complex account analysis / reconciliations related to growth or problem areas Required Skills 3
years of hands-on Accounting experience Bachelors Degree in Accounting CPA or parts passed Previous experience Consolidations; Derivatives; Domestic Equities / Funds, Equities; Financial Reporting / Statement Preparation; GAAP / GAAS; Month-end Close; Sarbanes Oxley; and, SEC Reporting Working knowledge of Essbase, JD Edwards, Oracle, Peoplesoft, and/or SAP Microsoft Excel proficient Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Recommended Skills Accounting Control Analytical Attention To Detail Balance Sheet Business Process Improvement Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
