The primary objective is to facilitate and manage the process of recruiting safe and professional owner operators and company drivers to join our Fleet.

The current expansion of our company has given room for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a driver recruiter.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Aggressively recruit well qualified drivers and owner operators Ensure all candidates meet our high standards Review and process applications of prospective new hires in a timely fashion Conduct new hire employee processes such as orientation and employment onboarding Explore creative methods of sourcing qualified candidates Adhere to all federal, states and local regulations governing and employment process Daily review of application tracking systems Ensure required documentation is current and DQ files maintained Ideal candidate will:
Self-motivated and has ability to work independently Strong computer skills including MS Office, Outlook and web-based recruiting applications Enjoy working in a fast paced environment Strong organizational and documentation skills, ability to prioritize Proficient written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with people from all socio-economical backgrounds Create, post and monitor job postings and necessary advertisements Working knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations is a plus Effective problem-solving skills, confidence and strong sense of personal accountability Fluent in Spanish is a plus Available M - F, 08:
00 AM to 05:
00 PM with dependable transportation We offer:
