Analyst, EAM Operations - 000DTQ Description The EAM Operations Analyst reports to the Enterprise Maintenance Optimization Process Manager.
This person works closely with the EMOP program representatives, Operations leadership, the E-Business Systems IT team, and other stakeholders to drive improvement and communicate insights through analysis and reporting of data in a variety of formats, from a mix of structured and unstructured sources.
The EAM Operations Analyst applies data analysis fundamentals and relevant techniques and tools on available data to summarize and visualize data, derive insights, and identify trends and anomalies, and resolve data quality and governance issues.
This person identifies, reviews, and recommends actions to support EMOP objectives, and provides useful reporting from these sources.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provides real-time data analysis that relates to establishing and meeting quality and consistency objectives.

Organizes and analyzes reliability, maintenance, and operations data from multiple sources, and synthesizes results into meaningful reports and presentations.

Guides corrections and maintenance of EAM asset data, including but not limited to:

Asset attributes
Asset criticality
Preventative maintenance activities
Bills of materials
Geolocation information
Provides specific reports to operations customers based on individual criteria.

Provides recommended improvements to the function, structure, and content of the available data.
Qualifications The successful candidate will meet the following
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree is preferred
Five to ten years of experience in the maintenance management industry is required.

Experience using OBI, Power BI, and other reporting tools.

Basic understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics and data visualization.

Experience with and conceptual understanding of relational databases, including ability to write arbitrary SQL queries.

Ability to manage multiple projects, and balance competing priorities, is essential.

Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Advanced ability to create summary reports using statistical tools, charts, and graphs.

Proficiency with MS Excel, MS SharePoint, MS Access, Oracle.
