Account Manager- Staffing

EPSI is seeking an experienced Staffing Professional to join our team as an Account Manager.
This person will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding the client's staffing needs, and developing staffing plans to meet those goals.
The Account Manager will act as a strategic partner to the client company.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for staffing requirements.
Understand client's needs, job descriptions, and desired qualifications for temporary or contract positions.
Source and recruit qualified candidates from the talent pool to match client requirements.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks to assess their skills and suitability.
Coordinate candidate onboarding, including completing necessary paperwork and facilitating background checks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and staffing needs.
Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the staffing process, ensuring their satisfaction.
Monitor candidate performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as recruiters and HR professionals, to ensure smooth operations.
Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and regulatory changes affecting staffing.
Prepare regular reports on account activity, performance metrics, and staffing progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, candidate profiles, and job orders.
Collaborate with clients to create marketing plans for recruitment.
Create staffing plans to meet the client's need.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
