Summary:
This position will be responsible for processing Domain and Certifications renewals as well as other IT Financials, Asset Management and Administrative duties.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
The essential job duties for this position are listed below.
Financial duties:
Domain (1,575)/Certificate (446) Renewals
future M&A - daily.
Process ITAM cashier checks from sale of assets.
Create IT Dept.
Rebill invoices.
Assist IT Dept.
with vendor banking updates, On-Boarding ITAD vendors and Company name updates.
Process IT Dept Training requests.
Maintain training vendor balances, process invoices and communicate with the vendors.
Provide quarterly training reports to CIO team and track new employees for ITIL training.
Assist Financial and ITAM team as needed.
Administrative duties:
Assist Move Coordinator with administrative duties (i.
e.
move request forms).
Coordinate KPI status updates.
Schedule appointments and meetings for CIO.
Arrange domestic and international travel for CIO.
Prepare and process expense reports for CIO.
Coordinate training, special functions, meetings and/or conferences.
Coordinate room arrangements, refreshments, and equipment/supplies.
Process Time Off request for CIO.
Manage CIO direct reports time off calendar in SharePoint and approve time off requests.
Distribute emails to IT Dept.
- Timekeeper eTime reminders, Surface Parking Lot permits and Quarterly Town Hall.
Order Standard office supplies and recognition Flowers/Cards.
Order lunches for CIO team working meetings and team training events.
Coordinate IT Dept.
Holiday events.
Reply to calls from IT Dept.
1-800 phone line as needed.
POC for Facilities questions.
Mail packages.
Requirements:
Education and/or experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements for this position are listed below:
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
SharePoint experience Highly motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail with ability to consistently provide accurate and timely work.
Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and competing deadlines.
Minimum of 2 years administrative experience at the corporate level.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Usually, normal office working conditions.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing Occasional travel may be required including occasional overnight travel.
