Become a brand ambassador today!Program SummaryThe MFH Manager in Training (MIT) Certificate Program is a leadership development program designed to prepare MFH culture warriors and brand ambassadors for Center Management opportunities at MFH-owned European Wax Center Locations nationwide.
The program has been designed as a series of modules intended to provide MIT candidates with hands-on, in-center opportunities to become certified in all aspects of the Center Manager (CM) role including operations, team development and sales/profitability.
The program is a 90 day, intensive learning experience that includes live and video instruction as well as ongoing mentorship days with MFH EWC experts.
