About the Role:
Plan, schedule, develop and control the processes of recruitment, selection, hiring and induction of personnel for the different positions in accordance with the requested profiles, as well as monitoring all the processes that comprise the Human Resources Management Model.
What You Will Do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
Coordinate with the leaders of each area or process the personnel requirements.
Supervise and control the documents of the new personnel for the respective file.
Prepare and monitor the training plan.
Propose and administer different tests to the candidates according to the required levels.
Maintain contacts with recruitment sources:
universities, academies, etc.
Participate in job fairs to attract candidates and begin to promote the employer brand of the company.
Propose and provide follow-up to the Recruitment & Selection strategy in social networks.
Assist in the administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with established corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
Coordinate the hiring process, including, but not limited to, conducting background and reference checks, negotiating salary offers, and issuing employment confirmation letters and other internal communications.
Coordinate and/or direct employee relationship activities and programs, including, but not limited to, employee counseling, policy interpretation, new employee orientation, and employee recognition programs.
Coordinate programs to attract qualified candidates through the design and publication of job announcements, advertising and/or participation in job fairs.
Conduct exit interviews with employees; communicates the results to management.
Respond to questions about the organization's processes, policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct information sessions, ongoing training for employee development, provide support and problem solving.
Coordinate distribution/communication of projects, including but not limited to employee policy manual, 401(k) open enrollment, and employee recognition.
Identify potential employee relations issues and make recommendations to Area Management.
Conduct investigations into claims of harassment or other violations of company guidelines.
Coordinate the administration of workers' compensation and unemployment claims.
Assist in the administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by Management.
Collaborate in specific activities or projects of the Human Resources department.
Prepare job profiles when the position is new in the company of the process leader.
Keep updated the job profiles of each of the different areas.
Manage purchases generated for personal attention based on calendar.
Preparation, presentation, and communication of Management Indicators.
Support in review, proposals and execution of the Compensation and Benefits policy.
Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Our Perfect CandidateEducation and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related major preferred.
At least 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role.
PHR, SPHR or HR Certifications are welcomed, but not required.
Knowledge of labor laws Knowledge and application of psychometric tests Use of recruitment platforms at the level of different countries Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and overall computer skills (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
