Summary:
The Sponsor Relationship Manager (SRM) is the conduit between the core Sponsor group and the Credit Union leadership.
The individual will commit themselves to the mission, vision, and values of both the Sponsor and the Credit Union to create synchronicity and bolster a strong partnership between the Sponsor and the Credit Union.
The SRM is responsible for executing the sales and marketing programs for core Sponsor relationships within the Credit Union.
This includes guiding leadership throughout the Credit Union on verbiage on products, services, and events to align with the Sponsor and their employees.
Specialized Essential Job Function Operate as the primary point of contact for the Credit Union Sponsor.
Develop a trusted advisory relationship with sponsor, client stakeholders and internal partners; advocating for Sponsor-employee needs while keeping the objectives of the Credit Union as top priority.
Internal Stakeholders include leadership within Marketing, Retail, Technology, and the Contact Center as well as the Board of Directors.
Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual growth forecasts for membership, deposit and loan portfolios.
Continuously analyzes territories to assess site or project changes or trends, personnel changes or relationship needs, and revises business plan (visits, events, etc.
) accordingly.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with Sponsor contacts in order to establish and achieve sales targets.
Builds new relationships within various Sponsor project and site locations.
Serves as the initial contact for problem resolution.
Researches member accounts and/or elevates issues into resolutions.
Assists in development of leads as available with partner/clients of Sponsor for onboarding of new/potential SEG's to be managed within the Business Development Dept.
Leads or coordinates seminars, webinars and conference calls for Sponsor Proactively sets sales meetings, visits and prepares agendas in advance (going in with a purpose).
Afterwards, summarizes next steps and follows through on commitments.
Coordinates with the AVP, Membership & Business Development to prepare monthly presentations with updates for internal executives and board members.

years' of client relationship management required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in BusinessEquivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
) Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the successful growth of the core sponsor membership base within the Credit Union.
You will focus on growing and developing a core sponsor client, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies at project or long-term sites.
This position does require some domestic travel.
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
Ability to write effectively in English using correct spelling and grammar.
Ability to speak clearly, tactfully, and effectively in English.
Basic math skills including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages using a 10-key.
Proficient in the use of basic applications in a Windows-based environment, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Moderate keyboard skills at 40 wpm.
Excellent customer service skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
