Support the enrollment team by handling incoming calls, conducting telephone follow up with students to answer routine inquiries, schedule meetings and appointments, and other related information.
Compiles, generates, and distributes correspondence and reports in a timely and effective manner.
Assist in developing and maintaining efficient and effective processes to enhance the overall efficiency of the team and ensure outstanding service to students.
Assist in planning and coordinating special events.
Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.

Have strong technology skills and experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Have excellent written and oral communication skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Team player who can bring out the best in others Bonus points for experience in enrollment in higher education.
