We are looking for a full-time receptionist to provide administrative support to our manager and employees.
You will greet visitors and visitors who come to the office and perform clerical tasks such as filing documents or maintaining office equipment.
The ideal candidate should be able to multitask and prioritize duties.
If you have experience as a receptionist and are able to follow instructions, complete tasks efficiently and be organized this job is for you.
Ultimately, an efficient Receptionist will ensure our office's efficiency and responsiveness to guests' needs.
Responsibilities greet visitors and inquire about appointments Answer a multi-line phone line Maintain an organized, orderly, and safe work environment Maintain the security of the front desk by keeping keys secure in the office Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, transcribing, etc.
Provide assistance to doctors with questions or problems when needed Perform basic bookkeeping functions such as recording daily invoices, collecting payments etc.
Greet patients upon arrival and direct them to the right person Maintain office equipment such as computers etc.
Ensure that all paperwork is in order for each day by completing weekly reporting or reporting on-time reports Answer email inquiries from patients regarding scheduling appointments or procedures Check email messages from patients regarding scheduling appointments or procedures Job Type:
