SR. Software Developer
A large oilfield services company in the Greenspoint area of Houston, Texas is looking for a Sr.
Software Developer.
This person will be one of 3 onshore software developers for legacy application migration projects and other large web application projects for different lines of business within the company.
A majority of the projects this person will be working on is implementations, integrations, and migrations of web applications to microservices and/or the cloud.
On a daily basis this candidate will be working with other developers/software architects, product owners, and other cross functional groups to participate in creating proof of concept solutions, understanding/analyzing current application infrastructure to propose/develop solutions based on requirements, and performing C#/.
Net software development.
The main responsibility of this role is strong hands on application development from scratch/modifications.
This person will also need experience creating/implementing APIs and a strong understanding of virtual machines and CI/CD pipeline infrastructure.
This role will require this person to be local to Houston to go onsite 1-2 days a week.
