We are seeking a talented HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on recruiting to join our dynamic team.
As the HR Generalist with a focus on recruiting, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent to our organization, ensuring a smooth recruitment process, and contributing to our overall talent acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities:
1.
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and craft job descriptions that attract the right candidates for each role.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications to create a pool of potential hires.
2.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to making job offers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment experience.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates as needed.
3.
Employer Branding and Candidate
Experience:
-Partnering with Communications and Community Projects Partner to- Contribute to the development of our employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent.
-Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience by providing timely communication, personalized attention, and a professional recruitment process.
4.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment data and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts.
- Provide regular reports to HR management on recruitment activities, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize the hiring process.
5.
Onboarding Support:
- Collaborate with the HR team to assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
6.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
7.
Employee Relations:
- Foster positive relationships with employees and serve as a resource for addressing any concerns or questions they may have about benefits or the onboarding process.
- Work closely with the HR team to mediate and resolve employee issues, promoting a supportive and inclusive work environment.
8.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and talent development programs.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS-ZOHO) and other HR software for recruitment management.
- Strong understanding of current recruitment trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with candidates effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, continuously seeking ways to enhance the recruitment process and attract top talent.
