Job Description Job Responsibilities Responsible for the oversight of the entire project lifecycle from project initiation to implementation for medium to large-sized project teams with moderate to high complexity and/or impact Identify project goals, needs, and scope Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including a project plan and schedule Plan, monitor, and document tasks throughout a project Ensure all tasks, deliverables, and project materials are delivered promptly Manage all resources necessary for project execution Foster effective communication with stakeholders concerning project status Foresee and strategically eliminate blocks and potential risks Ensure top-quality results and success for a project Interprets internal/external business environment Recommends best practices to improve processes or services Impacts achievements of customer, operational, project or service objectives Communicates difficult concepts to team to generate clarity and alignment on projects, initiatives, and various work products Performs specialized assignments; solves complex problems and develops non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements Individual contributor working independently; may require guidance in highly complex situations Performs all other duties as assigned by management Core Competencies Agility Decision Making Detail oriented Effective communication Leadership Organization Prioritization Problem solving Professionalism Relationship building and management Team management Education Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred Certifications Project Management Professional preferred Agile Certification preferred Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Agility Analytical Attention To Detail Certified Project Management Professional Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
