Regional Director of IT
Confidential Confidential Houston, TX Houston, TX Full-time Full-time $100,000 - $150,000 a year $100,000 - $150,000 a year We are looking for a Regional IT Director to join our growing team in Houston, TX to oversee technology operations and drive innovation and efficiency across our healthcare facilities.
The successful candidate:
Will bring technical expertise in healthcare, commercial excellence and business understanding to help deliver a well-managed, professional IT function that supports all aspects of IT for our Texas market.
Be responsible for the relationship between IT and all our business partners.
You will work closely with Heads of to ensure alignment with company standards and assist with improving quality, consistency, and efficiency.
In this role, you will be the of of IR for both service and project delivery.
Oversee two IT teams (approx.
6 employees), splitting time between teams, dealing with escalations, facilitating office moves, building expansions and managing IT budgets.
Proactively seek opportunities to help improve business efficiency and assist with new opportunities to enhance client services.
This is both an outward looking role with inward looking management responsibilities, therefore it will require exceptional communication skills, an understanding of the art of the people and an enthusiasm to help identify and solve business problems using appropriate technology.
Has the ability to build a highly motivated and enthusiastic team:
must have team building and mentoring skills with a genuine desire to help develop staff and ensure careers are equally as successful as their own.
We are looking for someone with:
A sound knowledge of the health care environment and applications A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field Seven (7) years in healthcare, and delivering enterprise-wide technology and digital solutions with a focus on end-user experience (500-700 end users Two (2) years in a leadership role Experience in business process improvement, technology management, operational support and planning.
