JR. Business Systems Analyst
An employer in Houston is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team and provide guidance and support to assigned business units and other Application Analysts on a daily basis.
This person will collect and document information from users, analyze business and system processes and procedures to determine root cause, as well as recommend or implement required changes to make effective use of systems.
He/she must be able to learn to identify opportunities and to provide ideas, methods and innovations to enhance teamwork, efficiency and quality.
They will also develop solutions to problems either of limited scope, low complexity or with precedents.
Day-to-day, this person will be receiving and document initial request and incident calls from users, resolve and track issues, and provide documentation related to issue resolving and testing.
Experience working with Oracle Cloud1-3 years of experience in Oracle support analyst role or finance/accounting roleKnowledge of fundamental software, hardware and equipment operationsBasic understanding of business systems implementation issuesBachelor's degree in preferably Technology or BusinessExpert communication and organizational skills Recommended Skills Accounting Business Systems Communication Coordinating Finance Innovation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
