Hris System Analyst

A client in the Houston area is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join their HR team.
On a daily basis, this person will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, identifying and analyzing processes, information and data.
In addition to this, this person will also be responsible for configuring systems based on the HR defined needs and requirements with a high importance on time tracking.
This person will also be responsible for participating in HR Systems user acceptance testing to ensure successful end results as well as serving as a point of contact for HR in the area of data and system processes.
This person will also create reports and dashboards to deliver HR analytics and ensure data accuracy and data integrity.
In addition to this, on a daily basis this person will be expected to perform routine tasks for projects or departments and work on project-based assignments and tasks as well as creating and delivering HR System process training to End Users.
Industry experience PRO's Certificate Execuative level communication3 years of experience utilizing Workday HCM 3 years of experience utilizing Workday Time and Tracking, Workday Expenses, and Workday Payroll Extensive experience doing hands on Configuration and troubleshooting Soft skills as well as Technical skills Good communication skills Bachelors degree or some college is required Recommended Skills Communication Problem Solving Workday Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
