Accounting Associate
An O&G client in Houston, TX is looking for an Accounting Associate to join their team.
The Accounting Associate will be a member of the Cash Application Team, reporting to the Revenue Accounting & Cash Supervisor.
This role will be primarily responsible for the following:
-Process daily cash receipts for Revenue and Marketing Accounting-Manage daily cash receipts and work closely with Revenue and Marketing accounting-Contact remitters for missing detail-Prepare intercompany journal entries-Scan check batch details-Monthly balance sheet reconciliationsExperience in SAP (FI and PRA), Quorum, and EnergyLink Familiarity with check detail for royalty payments2 to 5 years of professional accounting experience Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and TEAMS Recommended Skills Bank Reconciliation Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word Sap Applications Quorum Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
