Scheduler is responsible for maintaining the client and caregiver relationship and ultimately helps provide a best in home care experience for clients and employees.

Responsibilities:
Schedulers play the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match.
Communicates continually with caregiver staff and clients to evaluate service.
Schedules and coordinates day to day activities of caregivers.
Maintains documentation of work records in scheduling program.
Responds promptly and courteously to all caregiver/client calls.
Maintains integrity and professionalism in every interaction with caregivers and clients Ability to multitask in a high functioning office environment Ability to problem solve and make decisions in a fast paced environment Ability to relate to clients and care staff in a way that is sensitive to the unique needs of the individual.
Maintains a customer service focus and positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment.
The ideal Scheduler has prior experience working in the home care industry or medical office setting.
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
Schedulers are able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
