You would be the primary contact for your clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships that foster satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Client Satisfaction Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients Performing site walkthroughs/inspections with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are being delivered as envisioned Facilitating the resolution of client concerns Collaborating with other internal departments to ensure quality and services are being delivered as envisioned Develop an understanding of clients needs, budgets, goals, vision Proactively identify potential enhancements or renovations consistent with clients needs Effectively communicate and present enhancement or renovation ideas Generating referrals from existing clients and passing them to Business Development Internal Developing accurate project estimates Microsoft Office / Outlook Proficiency Maintaining acceptable gross margins that support the company's financial goals You might be a good fit if you have:
1-year minimum experience in the commercial landscape industry A minimum of 3 years of prior in-person customer service or service industry experience Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience A passion for customer service, superb communication and computer skills, knowledge of Spanish This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:
