Summary:
UTHealth Houston's department of IT Finance is looking for a seasonal worker to help out with various administrative tasks in their area.
This group works with our computer lease program which provides hardware to departments and employees throughout UTHealth Houston.
There is a focus on invoice processing and general accounting principles.
Applicants who have an interest in learning more about vendor programs and accounting programs are highly encouraged to apply.
Seasonal hires are able to work fulltime hours, and are paid hourly.
But their assignment is only expected to last four or five months at most.
This role is not benefits eligible.
It is designed to allow someone a chance to get experience as well as try working at UTHealth Houston to see if it is somewhere you would want a fulltime permanent role.

Recommended Skills Contract Management Research Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
