What you'll do as a Customer Support Rep:
Respond to phone and internet leads promptly and in accordance with the Ken Garff follow up processes Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns Schedule appointments with customers to view and test drive new and used inventory Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the new and used inventory the dealership carries Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business At first glance, there's nothing remarkable at Ken Garff.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
